9.3 If any Condition is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable it shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the Conditions.

The User may not without the prior written consent of the Company assign, transfer (in whole or in part) or charge or deal in any manner with the Contract or the benefit or burden of or the rights under this Agreement.
10 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
