    Sadly not, the closest train station to Selsey is in Chichester. However, there is a regular bus service that runs between Selsey and Chichester, the Stagecoach Bus No 51 route. If you’re looking to commute into Chichester, expect around a half an hour bus journey.

  • Are dogs allowed on Selsey beach?

    Dogs are allowed all year round on West Beach. However, between 1 May and 30 September, dogs must be held on a lead along the sea wall. They are also prohibited in Selsey in designated areas of the beach during this period, between groynes E26 and E33.
